Recently, I upgraded to Mac OS X Mountain Lion. It’s the best upgrade ever! I was using the messaging app to chat with Jason. I kept typing my messages, and I pressed send every time I finished the smallest phrase. Then, it started to feel familiar. It’s almost too tight. Early 2000s AIM is aware.
Jason and I began to talk about our cool screen names from back then. As embarrassing as this is, I have to tell you what some of our old screen names were.
We should be talking about these sliders. They are made with tender pork slices marinated in Star Fine Foods’s creamy Balsamic Glazes. This is a great glaze to use and makes cooking weeknight meals easy.
In this recipe, I used raspberry glaze to give the pork a creamy, sweet taste. Combining that with freshly made coleslaw will provide you with a burger full of refreshing flavors to balance the meaty goodness. These bite-sized burgers are so delicious that you’ll want to eat at least five of them!
The awesome folks at Star Fine Foods are offering a package of their amazing balsamic glazings! Enter in the box below. Good luck!

Pork chops can be seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Combine STAR Raspberry Glaze with pork chops in a gallon-size Ziploc bag. Marinate for 30 minutes or overnight.
Combine green cabbage with carrots in a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise with Greek yogurt, sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, and salt to taste in a large measuring cup. Pour the mixture over the cabbage mixture and mix with a rubber spatula. Place the cabbage mixture in the fridge for at least an hour.
Heat STAR Olive Oil on medium-high heat in a large pan. Cook pork chops, flipping them once, for about 2 to 3 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes, then slice across the grain.
