Instructions

  2. Prepare the basil sauce. Blend the ingredients of the basil sauce until they are almost completely smooth.
  3. Prepare the salmon: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the spices and olive oil. Then, coat the salmon in the paste.
  4. Bake salmon: Bake in a parchment-lined pan for 9-12 mins or until the thickest part reaches 135 degrees. It’s all about personal preference, but we prefer a medium-well-done salmon.
  5. Assemble your meal: Serve the salmon with rice and salad. Spoon the sauce on top. Season with salt and pepper. Mwah!
